My Journey 2020 – Present

Summer 2026

Software Engineering Intern โ€” SleepNavigator

Designing and engineering **Project 2: AI Bot & AI-Enhanced Reporting**. Building a RAG-powered patient logistics assistant (Odette) with strict medical guardrail trigger behaviors, alongside a conversational BI and narrative summary reporting dashboard.

Summer 2025

Technology Assistant at Helpdesk โ€” Louisiana Tech

Co-engineered an AWS-based AI chatbot for the university IT Help Desk to automate incoming ticket resolutions, parse diagnostic procedures, and route network assistance requests.

2024

Software Engineering Fellow & Co-Founder

Engaged in advanced developer training and resumed operations at **Technergy**, focusing on deploying custom client integrations and cloud database systems.

2022 – 2023

Co-Founded Technergy (Formerly KarmaPoint)

Launched a freelance design and web development agency. Handled full-stack application builds for local businesses. Resumed operations in 2024 following a relocation break in 2023 to move from Nepal to the United States for higher education.

2020

First Line of Code โ€” High School

Wrote my first line of HTML and CSS during high school, starting a self-taught engineering path in server operations, scripting, and system logic.

Job Placement Digest / Personal Statement

I am a Systems Engineer specializing in building secure, deterministic data architectures for high-compliance environments. During my software engineering internship at SleepNavigator, I designed and deployed a cloud-hosted dual-portal microservice application within strict healthcare privacy and data minimization boundaries. Facing aggressive development timelines, I prioritized architectural security by engineering strict parameterized query boundaries to prevent SQL injection vulnerabilities, completely isolating the data ingestion layer from the presentation interface. I excel at translating complex technical boundaries into actionable business logic for non-technical stakeholders and navigating project ambiguity through meticulous documentation and standard-setting.

In September, I am transitioning into an on-campus AI and robotics research position at Louisiana Tech University, focusing on edge-computing perception systems and real-time data orchestration. My goal is to bridge the gap between stochastic AI models and predictable physical execution, ensuring autonomous systems handle multi-modal sensor inputs with high-determinism, low-latency reliability. Long-term, I aim to operate as a Lead Autonomous Systems Architect designing scalable, safe, and transparent robotic networks in high-stakes fields like healthcare automation, industrial logistics, and aerospace.
